Apparently we aren't the only willing, stable, and loving family who found our experience with the US foster care system to be a shocking mess of mishandling, senseless delays, and buck-passing at the expense of the children. Our short stint was nothing short of gut-wrenching, so I have nightmares thinking of what the precious kids in the system endure.
I pray that this organization can affect some needed changes~ for the sake of the children, and the families who just want to love them.
